You have heard us talk, time and time again, about the necessity of getting organized. You have to be organized in order to communicate your message to your audience. With this feature you are able to communicate the messages to your audience in an efficient and effective manner that doesn’t complicate what they are getting from you!
For those of you that have a VA (virtual assistant) or employees that work in your CRM now everyone can see the communication back and forth between clients and prospects and whoever else you have in your CRM. It’s magical. It eliminates the need to forward or CC emails to additional parties, they can see it right in the contact card. Since this all happens in real-time there is no “the right-hand doesn’t know what the left-hand is doing” scenario, everyone is informed and up-to-date on each contact.
Now for the final feature we want to highlight, the cherry on top of this delicious software sundae, reporting. It is a game-changer to be able to do a full print-out of the activity for each contact. For example, one of our consulting clients is a business coach that has billable hours for her services. She can now print the timeline report to show all of the notes, emails and phone calls that have happened between her and the customer so that there is record of their time together, what was covered etc.
